The reference distinguishes Established Concept, Emerging Concept, Proposed Term, Hypothesis and Speculative Framework. These describe a concept's status; they are not numerical evidence-quality scores.
A separate evidence assessment explains the available support, such as direct experimental work, synthesis, conceptual analysis, technical standards or indirect evidence, and the limits of applying it. A study may support one part of an explanation without supporting its broader interpretation.
Use the current evidence-label documentation and evidence-support guidance. If a label seems overstated or outdated, explain why and provide sources. Forum participants may disagree with labels; posting here does not confer an evidence classification.
